DEMOCRATS CAN'T TELL A COMPLIMENT FROM AN INSULT

When a company choses an image for their product (e.g. an American Indian Princess on Butter) or a school choses a mascot (e.g. The Braves for Bradley University) it is a compliment; who would want to advertise an association with something they don't honor and respect, and yet the Democrats, perhaps in an effort to appear supportive, label it an insult even though it is a high compliment.  Pity the companies and schools that bow to the the Democrats. Similarly, the DEI program, a transparent vote-getting scheme, is another example of Democrat misdirection - Every race and nationality has over achievers and under achievers. When a race is singled out for inclusion in the DEI program it essentially proclaims that they don't/can't qualify on merit and all those in that minority who have achieved so much and who were/are hired on merit are perceived by the public to be chosen for their color and not their skills; very insulting. 

Hypocrites in Action

Maxine Waters, head of the Financial Services Committee, is sponsoring H.R. 624 - Promoting Transparent Standards for Corporate Insiders Act. Hope it includes a little oversight of Congress. This is her home; $5 million, $6 million? It isn't in her district; her district is a ghetto. She did pretty well on $175,000/year. You know, there was a time when I thought American politics was clean and above board... wow, was I wrong.

It's Not Just Politics as Usually

Tazewell is a relatively religious county and has often shunned candidates because of their imperfections but this time “…we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12.  Don’t let Hillary slide into power because of your inaction.

Democrat's True Feelings

Joe Biden is the classic political buffoon but you would expect some sensitivity from Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State:

• “You cannot go to a 7-11 or Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian Accent.” - Senator Joe Biden
• Mahatma Gandhi “ran a gas station down in Saint Louis.” – Senator Hillary Clinton

Is it any wonder the US has become a laughing stock?

Newt - The Truth

Liberals, whose primary tool is lying, have perpetuated a story about Newt Gingrich serving divorce papers on his first wife while she was in the hospital. His daughter, now Jackie Gingrich Cushman, tells the truth of it at http://www.creators.com/conservative/jackie-gingrich-cushman/setting-the-record-straight.html. Essentially, Mrs. Gingrich was being operated on for a benign tumor and had asked for the divorce long before she went in for this proceedure. Gingrich is feared by Democrats and Republicans alike because he actually accomplished something while Speaker of the House. Imagine having a smart and capable President!

A Czar is Born

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is going to step down and has called for the endorsement of Vladimir Putin. Vladimir formed the United Russia party which now controls politics in Russia. Vladimir will be the next President - for life. The Russian people will never have good government but then, ours has turned to crap so who am I to comment.
